Citrus Start

This smoothie is the perfect start to the day and helps to cleanse and alkalize the body.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 3 cubes of ice

Directions:
Juice the lemon and orange and add to a blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.

Give Me Roots

A fantastic immune-system booster, this root-vegetable smoothie is surprisingly sweet and works as an anti-inflammatory and protein source thanks to its bee-pollen content.

Ingredients:

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small beetroot, cooked (or raw if blender is very powerful)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 tbsp bee pollen
  • 3 cubes of ice

Directions:
Chop the beetroot, carrot, and apple into pieces and add to your blender with the filtered water, ice, and bee pollen.

Superfood Green Chia Smoothie

An all-round superfood winner, this smoothie is full of vitamins and minerals to replenish the body and boost energy levels. Dates add sweetness whilst chia seeds pump it full of protein and omega-3 fatty acids.

Ingredients:

  • 1 green apple
  • 1 stick of celery
  • Small handful of kale, chopped
  • Small handful of spinach, chopped
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 pitted Medjool dates
  • 3 cubes of ice

Directions:
Slice the apple and remove the core. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

  • ½ banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 serving protein powder (of your choice)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 cubes of ice

Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together and serve!

  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ banana
  • 3 cubes of ice

Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
